This Dendezeiro Refund Policy establishes the procedures and guidelines for requesting and processing refunds for products purchased on our platform, in compliance with Brazilian consumer protection laws.

2.3 If the request is approved, follow the guidelines provided by our Customer Service team to pack the product properly to ensure that it is not damaged during transportation.
2.4 Send the product to the address provided by our Customer Service team.
3. Refund Deadline
Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time and in accordance with the following guidelines:
3.1. in the event of a defect or non-compliance with specifications, the refund will be processed as soon as the product has been received and analyzed by our team.
3.2 In cases of regret, the refund will be made after confirmation that the returned product is in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with no signs of use.
4. Form of refund
The refund will be made in the original form of payment used by the consumer for the purchase. The amount to be refunded will be the total amount paid for the product, including freight, if applicable.
5. Shipping costs
In the event of a defect or non-conformity with the specifications, Dendezeiro will bear the freight costs of returning the product.
In cases of regret, the shipping costs for the return will be the responsibility of the consumer.
